- Maintain and troubleshoot all infrastructure and MS Windows applications in Phu Bai plant.
- Provide day-to-day support to staff on infrastructure and MS Windows applications; production and office printers
- Train staff in the use of infrastructure, IT equipment and MS Windows applications
- Coordinate with vendors on the purchase, specifications, and maintenance of infrastructure and applications that meet the company Global Business Standards and IT Policies.
- Assist, as necessary, with other business application implementations.
- Serve as the 24x7 on call support for assigned production IT equipment issues.
